All our coffee is graded on a 100-point scale. Anything 80 and above is considered "Specialty Grade" — and at La Tazza, that's our starting point. We only serve specialty-grade coffee, then sort it into three tiers so you know just how special each cup is.

A — 84–86 points. The dependable base for every latte, americano, and cappuccino we pour.

AA — 87–89 points. Coffees with something extra special going on.

AAA — 90+ points. The rare standouts — something to write home about.

Whatever the tier, we only carry the coffees we'd brew for ourselves.
