Kochere Saona
Floral, Fruited, Unforgettable
Kochere Saona comes from smallholder gardens high in Ethiopia's Gedeo Zone, where coffee grows under shade at 1,900 to 2,200 meters and is hand-sorted, fully washed, and dried slowly on raised beds. That care shows in the cup: intensely floral, fruit-saturated, and unmistakably a top-tier washed Ethiopian.
Gardenia and ripe blueberry lead, layered with kiwi, candied lime, cocoa nib, and honey that carry from aroma straight through to the cup. A crisp, lively acidity keeps everything bright, while a silky, vibrant mouthfeel gives it weight without weighing it down. Cocoa nib and blueberry return in a long, resonant finish that lingers well past the last sip.
Extremely versatile, Kochere Saona pulls a beautiful espresso and shines even brighter as drip — however you brew it, this is coffee at its most floral and expressive.
