Refund policy

Opened bags
Coffee is a consumable, perishable product. We don't accept returns on opened bags.

Wrong, damaged, or defective items
If you received the wrong coffee, a damaged bag, or a defective product, contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@latazzacoffee.com. Include your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll replace the item or refund your order, your choice.

Unopened bags
If you'd like to return an unopened bag within 14 days of delivery, contact us first at info@latazzacoffee.com. Customer is responsible for return shipping. Once we receive the bag in resalable condition, we'll refund the product cost (original shipping is non-refundable).

Refund timing
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
